從小成長於小康家庭，家庭氣氛很溫馨，爸媽對我的管教態度較嚴謹，從小就教導我要培養獨立並且能為自己負責任的處事態度。

I grow up from a well-off family, and the family atmosphere is very warm. My parents trained me to develop the independent and responsible characteristics for my own behavior from their stringent attitude.

　　因為很喜歡交朋友以及幫助別人，在一次機會下進入社團，在社團裡我體驗到了許多不一樣的經驗，例如接待外賓參觀學校等等。從社團裡我也學到了要如何遵守規範、團員間合作的重要性等等。

   I like to make friendship with people and help needed ones. I remembered that I have ever been in a school club to expand my life experiences from its activities; as a reception guiding guests for a school tour, etc. I also learnt the discipline rule to cooperate with team members to complete the group target together.     

　　大學期間，我選擇了餐飲服務業做兼職，在美式漢堡餐廳工作。打工的經驗讓我學到了在面對任何困難或突發狀況時，要有耐心並冷靜的思考，與同事間一起互相幫助解決。我認為服務業最重要的就是以客人為重，需要熱誠的心，並時時刻刻注意客人的需求、聆聽客人的想法，最重要的就是保持良好親切的態度，以笑容面對客人。

    I have ever worked part time in the American Hamburger restaurant when I studied in the university. I learnt how to be patiently to solve the faced difficulties and unexpected situations with the colleagues to serve the coming customers. I do think that the most important mission for the service industry is to satisfy the customers; it needs me to pay attention on customer’s need and I should listen to their talking. The most important thing is that I should keep friendly attitude and smiling to face all coming customers.
